Dr. Susan Feathergill



Dr. Susan Feathergill, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist. She graduated from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 1994, and has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. She most recently provided psychological services for children, adolescents and families at Oaklawn Psychiatric Services in Elkhart, Indiana. She has also worked at the Community Mental Health Center of DePaul University, and provided outpatient services in private practice in Chicago, Illinois. She has served as adjunct professor at Notre Dame University, Department of Theology, where she taught "Introduction to Pastoral Care and Counseling." With Dr. Jeff Feathergill, she provides an annual training to seminarians in pre-marital counseling at The North American College, in Rome, Italy.

Dr. Feathergill sees adults, adolescents, and children. She specializes in treatment of depression, anxiety, and trauma in children and adolescents. She also provides psychological testing to provide diagnostic clarity in the assessment of ADHD, cognitive disability and mood and anxiety disorders. She utilizes an integrative approach to treatment including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused CBT, family systems, psychodynamic, and mindfulness based therapies.
