Individual Therapy

Sometimes the most important relationship to work on is the one you have with yourself. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, past trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day life, individual therapy offers a dedicated space to be heard, understood, and supported.

We use treatments that have been shown by extensive research to be helpful and effective — so you can feel confident that the care you receive isn’t guesswork, but grounded in what actually works. Together, we’ll work on:

  • Understanding and managing anxiety, depression, and stress
  • Processing difficult experiences and past trauma
  • Building healthier thought patterns and coping strategies
  • Navigating major life changes and transitions
  • Strengthening self-awareness and self-compassion

Therapy is a place to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence — at a pace that feels right for you.

Healing Your Relationship

Every relationship goes through seasons of connection and seasons of distance. If you and your partner are feeling stuck — caught in the same arguments, struggling to communicate, or simply drifting apart — you’re not alone, and it doesn’t have to stay this way.

Healing isn’t about assigning blame or finding a quick fix. It’s about understanding the patterns that keep you stuck, rebuilding trust, and rediscovering the connection that brought you together in the first place. Through guided, compassionate support, we’ll help you and your partner:

  • Communicate honestly without fear of judgment
  • Understand each other’s needs and triggers
  • Rebuild trust after conflict, betrayal, or emotional distance
  • Create a shared vision for your relationship’s future

Change is possible — even when it feels far away right now. With the rig

Teen Wellness and Mental Health

Adolescence can be a time of big emotions, big changes, and big pressure — academically, socially, and at home. If your teen is struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, family conflict, or just seems like “they’re not themselves” lately, they don’t have to navigate it alone.

Our approach to teen counseling meets young people where they are — with respect, patience, and without judgment. We create a space where teens feel safe enough to open up, while also supporting parents who want to understand how to help. Together, we work on:

  • Managing anxiety, stress, and overwhelming emotions
  • Building healthy self-esteem and coping skills
  • Navigating family conflict and communication
  • Processing life transitions, social pressures, and identity
  • Strengthening the parent-teen relationship

Every teen deserves support that helps them feel understood, not fixed. With the right guidance, this challenging time of life can become a turning point toward greater confidence and resilience.

Family Counseling

Families are made up of unique individuals, each bringing their own needs, histories, and ways of communicating — and sometimes that complexity leads to tension, misunderstanding, or distance. Whether you’re facing ongoing conflict, a major life change, or simply want to strengthen your family’s connection, family counseling offers a supportive space to work through it together.

Our goal is to help every family member feel heard while building healthier patterns of communication and support. Together, we work on:

  • Improving communication and resolving conflict
  • Navigating major transitions (divorce, blended families, loss, illness)
  • Strengthening trust and connection between family members
  • Supporting families through a child or teen’s mental health needs
  • Building healthier roles, boundaries, and routines at home

Every family has the capacity to grow stronger together. With guidance and the right tools, families can move from conflict toward genuine connection and understanding.

Psychological Testing

Sometimes it’s hard to know exactly what’s going on — whether it’s difficulty focusing, ongoing emotional struggles, or challenges at school or work that don’t quite add up. Psychological testing provides clarity, offering objective insight into what you or your child are experiencing so you can move forward with the right support and treatment plan.

We offer comprehensive testing for a range of concerns, with particular expertise in ADHD testing for both children and adults. Our evaluations go beyond a simple checklist, providing a thorough understanding of attention, focus, and executive functioning to guide effective next steps.

Our testing services include:

  • ADHD evaluations for children, teens, and adults
  • Learning differences and academic difficulties
  • Anxiety, depression, and emotional functioning
  • Comprehensive diagnostic clarification
  • Evaluations for admission to seminary or religious life

Every assessment is followed by a clear, collaborative conversation about the results — along with practical recommendations tailored to your needs. Testing isn’t just about a diagnosis; it’s about understanding yourself or your child more fully, and finding a path forward.
